Return, Cancel & Exchange Policy

At ONaturalwigs, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your Afro wig, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns
1. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Wigs must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including packaging and tags.
3. Due to hygiene reasons, worn or altered wigs cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Custom or personalized wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return Process
1. Email us at info@onaturalwigs.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, ship the item to the return address provided.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
1. If you’d like to exchange for a different wig, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Order cancelling

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as processing after 24 hours. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded minus any processing fees. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
